About this event

The RIAI/Department of Housing, Local Government & Heritage’s Joint Housing Committee have organised this online event exploring the opportunities for public and private funding streams to deliver quality mixed tenure Housing.

This session will explore the London Borough of Hackney’s pro-active interventions in the market to provide mixed tenure housing; what are the mechanisms used to optimise the land-bank resource the council possesses and how can this and other factors contribute to delivering high quality design outcomes.

The session will include a presentation of some of the successful schemes which have been completed and some of which are under development.

Keynote speaker at this event is Paul Karakusevic (Partner Karakusevic Carson Architects) and Clients from London Borough Councils.
